ANCILLARY OPERATIONS AND SERVICES

Internal and external coatings and treatments to extend the life of flange products, including: hot-dip galvanisation, passivation, PTFE coating, nickel alloy cladding and weld overlay. Colour coding for identification.

Where surface finishes are critical to the application or service, we offer a number of solutions such as machining, honing, peening and cleaning.

We manufacture to all major end-user specifications and we can upgrade stocked products in line with end-user specifications and requirements using independent laboratories for destructive and non-destructive testing.

PPML Flange are pleased to offer kitting services for flanges and their accessories such as bolting, gaskets, protective covers, electrical isolation products and flange guards including ATEX approved products, all packed to customer requirements.
